Vegan Pesto, Feta Mushroom Burgers
These vegan burgers are juicy and packed with flavour.
- Denny mushroom patties
- Violife feta
- Pesto Princess basil and chilli pesto (or pesto of choice)
- Crispy lettuce
- Fresh burger rolls
- Vegan Mayo
Prep your rolls by cutting them in half and spreading a thick layer of mayo on one side and pesto on the other. You can mix the pesto and mayo together if you want. Add slices of lettuce to the bottom of the roll.
Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the burger patties until browned on both sides. Place the patties on top of the lettuce and layer avo slices and crumbled vegan feta on top of the patty.
Serve immediately and eat while still warm and juicy!
