Spinach Wraps


Garlic and Herb Tofu
Salt and Pepper
Red, Yellow & Green Peppers
½ can Black Beans
Heirloom Tomatoes
Red Onion

Cooking Instructions:

Heat up some oil in a pan.
Finely slice the red onion, slice the peppers into strips and add to the pan, fry until soft.
Add the BBQ spice, cumin and salt and pepper.
When almost ready, add the beans just to warm them up and coat them in the spice mix.
In a separate pan, lightly fry the tofu in a little bit of oil, once browned a bit on the sides, remove from heat.
Heat up the wrap on a pan, as per instructions on the pack, until warm.
Layout your wrap and begin plating - add the peppers and beans mix, add the fried tofu, add sliced avo and tomato, and dot some spoonfuls of basil pesto on top.
Fold your wrap however you like and enjoy!
