Harissa Lamb-style Kebabs
Harissa Lamb-Style Kebabs on the braai. NB: this is a spicy recipe!
Once defrosted, skewer the nuggets onto a kebab stick with a thick slice of red onion between each piece. Mix the Harissa spice and extra virgin olive oil together to make a paste. Baste onto the nuggets and onion pieces.
Place kebabs on a hot braai or grill and cook until the onions are cooked and the nuggets are heated through and slightly charred.
Enjoy your kebabs with a side salad, vegan tzatziki sauce and fresh pita bread or naan bread!
